• Accountability Check-Ins: When we decide deadlines, I set an alarm and if I don't hear from you prior to the deadline, I text or call to check in on your progress.
• Message-crafting assistance:  Get the most out of your time in front of your team with the right message. Whether, it's a weekly one-on-one with a team member or boss, a presentation, annual review, or staff meeting, I'll help you choose words and phrases that are pitch perfect.
• (6) DISC & Motivators Assessments: for your team members.
• Communication Agility [e]Course for you to learn the ins and outs of the DISC language we'll be using to lead your team.
• (2) 15-minute Sounding Board Calls per month. A quick assist when you need help getting unstuck and back on track.

Momentum breeds results. Therefore,  we'll coach weekly when possible. We can create a standing day and time or decide from week to week when the next session will be.

Unused sessions don't roll over or get made up.
