I've been listening to my entrepreneur / business owner / leader clients who have a team of people they work with whom they wish to inspire to even greater heights.
...They have employees, staff, co-workers, partners, committees, boards, a community, or non-profit groups they wish to influence to step up and achieve for the greater good of the group, the company, themselves, and the world at large. They want to push people to excel, grow the bottom line, and have a work culture that people WANT to be a part of.

As a leader, they have a strong desire to make an impact, to reach people, and help them grow personally and professionally. Yes, they want sales and profits to grow. They also want their people to develop, grow, be happy and be at their best. They don't want profits with a crappy culture or environment. They want profits via a happy, fun, stimulating environment. One full of encouragement, hope, teamwork, high standards, ease and flow, and high spirits.
And sometimes these leaders feel lonely in this quest. They're not always 100% sure how to get people on board with this vision.
So I've been thinking about how I can help them with that. And I keep coming back to how this overlaps with the art and skill of coaching.
