Since my early 20’s I’ve been obsessed with what makes people tick.

I made it my mission to figure this out.
I went to school and got certified as a coach - a nice start. It's good to be familiar with the concepts behind coaching. However, I spent years studying the in's and out's of coaching on top of my full-time job. It took hundreds of hours learning and practicing, not to mention thousands of dollars out of my own pocket.
Even for a truly inspired and motivated leader who wants to learn to "coach" their team members, that's a big commitment when you consider that person has (wants) a life outside of work, too.
And to add insult to injury - all the certifications got me was a basic understanding of the theory of coaching. I still didn't feel "ready" to coach. I didn't feel like I had what I needed to TRULY impact change in others.
Knowing coaching theory is one thing. It's another thing entirely to be able to get people to change for real, to create true impact.
I watched and studied with the world's BEST. That helped, too. Progress.
What really made the difference? TIME IN THE COACHING SADDLE. Experience is the best teacher. With practice I was able to establish filtering systems to know what the client really needs help with and when to use which technique.
And now - I'm pulling back the curtain to help you coach your team and create the impact you've always wanted with them as individuals and collectively.
