Long story short...I turned it around. Luckily for me I remembered who the heck I was and turned it around. I adopted a super-healthy lifestyle which evolved over time as I learned more and more. 

I didn't follow the same program throughout the journey. No, my strategy evolved over time. But one thing remained constant and solid...my mindset.
