What You Need to Know Before You Take the Assessment

• It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete the assessment.
• Internet access is required.
• The one link will allow you to take both assessments: DISC and Motivators.
• Once you complete the DISC assessment, the Motivators will begin automatically. It appears as one ongoing test.
• The assessment is timed but is not a rush. However, it will need your uninterrupted focus.
• Don't overthink your answers; go with your gut.
• PLEASE - DO NOT SHARE your link with anyone else. It is for the ICONIQ team only. 
• You will be able to view your results immediately. You will also receive an emailed copy. 

Reminders:

• DISC & Motivators is not a test. You cannot pass or fail.
• There are no good or bad behavioral styles. Each style of behavior has strengths and areas for improvement.
• The profile is a measure of your perception. Responding to or taking the instrument is a quick, easy (and accurate) way of gathering information about your behavioral strengths and communication preferences.

Maximize your DISC & Motivators report.

I recommend you print out and read your report. Use two different colors of highlighter: one color for the statements you agree sound like you and the other color for those you're not sure about or with which you disagree.

If you perceive the accuracy of your report to be less than 75%, have someone who knows you VERY WELL read it and give you feedback with the same highlighting method described above. You can ask more than one person for feedback. You may be surprised how your view of yourself differs from how others see you. Of course, you do not have to share it with anyone if you do not wish to.

When you complete your assessment, you'll have immediate access to your report on the screen. A copy will also be emailed to you.
